To maintain security and the privacy of recipient information, **campus policy requires** the use of Bcc when sending mass emails and event invitations. For calendar invitations, this is accomplished using “Hide attendee list”. NOTE: This only hides the list from other Attendees. The meeting Organizer can still see responses.

### 1. Avoid this...

### 2. Click New event

### 3. Click Response options

### 4. Click Hide attendee list

Change other response options as necessary.

✅ Proceed with creating your event and inviting attendees as usual.
