There are two ways for users to open a Shared Mailbox. The first method will open the Shared Mailbox in a new browser window/tab. The second method will add the Shared Mailbox to your Outlook Web App Navigation Pane.

### 1. Click on Account manager

### 2. Click on Open another mailbox

### 3. Type the name or email address of the Shared Mailbox and Click on Open

## # Alternatively, you can add a Shared Mailbox to your Navigation Pane

> ℹ️ NOTE: When using this method, users should know that emails sent will be stored in the user's Sent Items folder instead of the shared mailbox.

### 1. In the Navigation pane, Right click on "Folders"
