When you are listening to a voicemail, and you want to send it to someone else, do the following steps:

- Start listening to the message
- At any time during the message, press 4 (G) for "Give the message to someone else"
- Input the recipient's phone extension or phone number (if it's an off-campus number include 9 before the number)
- You will be instructed to record an explanation along with the voicemail message
- Press pound (#) when done and the message will go to the recipient
