If you are a Nursing Program distance learning student requiring an NNU ID Card, contact your Program Assistant to obtain and submit an ID Card Application. Nursing student ID cards serve as your NNU Student Card and Clinical Badge.

### PICTURE INSTRUCTIONS 

- Your picture must meet all Clinical Badge requirements for hair and uniform standards
- Your picture must be a recent, color, head and shoulder passport-style digital photograph
- You must be facing the camera with a plain white or off-white background

### SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS 

Your application, an enlarged copy of a government-issued photo ID, and a digital photo may be uploaded to Typhon. Your government ID is to verify your identity and will not be used as your student ID photo. Accepted forms of identification are a driver's license, passport, state, or government ID card. The digital photo you submit will be used as your student ID photo.

### ID CARD PROCESSING INFORMATION 

When the Program Administrator receives your application, an enlarged copy of your government-issued photo ID, and the required digital photograph, they will forward the photograph and application to IT Services to process your request and return the ID card to the Program Administrator for distribution. You should receive your ID card through the US Postal Service within fifteen business days. All Distance Learning Identification Cards will expire four years after the issue date.

Walk-in NNU student ID card services are available at Information Technology Services, located in the Leah Peterson Learning Commons. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. The IT Services Office is closed on all campus holidays. IT Services can be reached during business hours at 208.467.8111
