### Description

Follow these steps.

> ℹ️ 1. **Open Google Calendar and click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner to access the Add-ons Menu**> Macro (inline-external-image)
> ℹ️ 2. **Click on "Get add-ons"** > Macro (inline-external-image)
> ℹ️ 3. **Choose the add-on you want to install for Calendars**> Macro (inline-external-image)
> ℹ️ 4. **Click Install and then Continue**  
> ℹ️ > Macro (inline-external-image)
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ **    **  
> ℹ️ **  **> Macro (inline-external-image)
> ℹ️ 5. **Click Allow to give Teams access permissions**  
> ℹ️ > Macro (inline-external-image)
> ℹ️ 6. **Click Done**

> ℹ️ 7. **When you make an appointment there will be a drop-down for which add-on you want to use. Select it as you set up the appointment.**
