# The following instructions will connect your NNU-managed Microsoft Windows PC to NNU WIFI

> ℹ️ **All personal devices only require ****[Guest Registration](https://help.nnu.edu/space/TMR/2507776)****, which is valid for 1 year. The following instructions are only required for NNU-managed devices.**

# 1) Connect to the "**NNU Guest**" WIFI network

Open up your network options by clicking on the wifi symbol > Macro (inline-media-image)

 at the bottom right corner of your desktop.

A menu will open like the one shown below. Select the "**NNU Guest**" network and connect to it. 

# 2) Open your web browser and navigate to the "NNU Onboarding" page

After opening your web browser (We recommend using the default browser that came with your operating system), you will be redirected to the "NNU Onboarding" page, shown below.

If prompted, select “<span style="color: #ff5630">reprovision your device here</span>”.

# 3) Logging In

After clicking on the "Onboard" button shown above, enter your NNU username (email) and password. After your username and password are entered click the "Log in" button.

# 4) Configuring Your Device

After you have logged in, use the "Quick Connect Configuration Tool" to configure your device to the NNU WIFI settings. 

1. Download the QuickConnect App.
2. If prompted, select the ellipses and choose “Keep”.
3. Open ArubaQuickConnect.exe
4. If prompted, select Run.
5. If prompted, enter your NNU login credentials (admin credentials are not required) and select Yes.

6. Follow the Onboard Wizard
7. Click Connect
8. Once the configuration is done, you should see this box on your web browser.

# 5) Connecting to the "NNU WIFI" network

Now that you are all set up to connect to the "NNU Wifi" network, select that network as the one you want to be connected to. 

Open up your network options by clicking on the wifi symbol > Macro (inline-media-image)

 at the bottom right corner of your desktop.

# 5a) Connecting to the "NNU WIFI" network

> 📝 To ensure that your computer does not try to log back in on the "NNU Guest" network, make sure "Connect Automatically" is unchecked.

# 6) Check the connection

Open your favorite Web Browser and verify that you can navigate to multiple websites.

> 📝 Note: "google.com " is not a good test for connectivity due to our network access.
