If ClickShare is not showing up on your computer desktop, follow these steps to get up and running.

> If you do not see the "ClickShare" icon on your Desktop for Windows, follow these steps. 
>

> #### Step 1)
> 
> Open the "File Explorer" 
>

> #### Step 2)
> 
> On the left side of the "File Explorer" you will see the "ClickShare" icon.  Click on that icon. 
>

> #### Step 3)
> 
> After opening the "ClickShare" tab, you will be shown multiple items on the right. Double-click the "ClickShare_for_Windows.exe"

> After all the steps are done, follow the ClickShare instructions as normal.

> If you do not see the "ClickShare" drive on the Desktop (shown below) follow these steps if you are on a Mac.

> #### Step 1) 
> 
> Open the finder app on your computer. You can do this by double-clicking the "finder" icon like the one you see below...

> or by using (command + space) and typing "finder" into the search bar.
> 
> #### Step 2)
> 
> In the finder, select the "ClickShare" drive in the "Locations" section. This section will be on the left-hand side of the finder window.

> #### Step 3)
> 
> After selecting the "ClickShare" drive there will be a list of items that show up in the right section of the finder. Right click (control + click) the icon to get to the selection menu.

> #### Step 4)
> 
> After opening the Selection Menu for "ClickShare_for_MacOSX", select "Show Package Contents" and open the "Contents" folder that show up. 
> 
> #### Step 5)
> 
> After opening the "Contents" folder, open the "MacOS" folder.
>

> 
> Lastly, an icon name "clickshare" will be the only item to click on. Double-click "clickshare" and you should be good to go.

> After all the steps are done, follow the ClickShare instructions as normal.
