At the beginning of Fall Semester, student print credit balances are set to $10. Credit remaining on continuing student accounts from the previous Spring or Summer semesters are not carried over.

The print credit of $10 is added to student accounts at the beginning of the Spring Semester as well. Unused print credit funds from Fall Semester ARE carried over to Spring semester, but are NOT carried over to Summer semester.

At the beginning of Summer Semester, $10 is placed on every student account to make sure all summer school students and research assistants have print credit available during their summer course work.

Continuing students in the fall will have only $10 on their print credit accounts again. Previous credits will not carry forward.

Students may pay for additional print credit as needed at the Learning Commons service desk any time they run low.

If a student reports a malfunction that causes a print job to be charged but the print job was ruined or did not print, the student can receive credit for the ruined pages at the Leah Peterson Learning Commons service desk or by calling 208-467-8111 (the ITS Help Desk).

Employees of NNU are not restricted to a print credit allowance.
