## Welcome to the CX-JX Help Page!
If you've found your way here, you are probably trying to use CX and JX databases and have encountered an issue. Here is how you can find help!
1. First, contact your office or department's CX/JX Power User. Often, a more experienced user will know how to help you.
1. If you are unsure who your power user is, please consult the CX-JX Assignments with Power Users found on the shared network drive in the CARS folder.
2. If you cannot find the right info on the document, you may call the IT Office Admin at 208-467-8951.
2. If the Power User cannot assist you, they should put in a ticket on [help.nnu.edu](https://nnuhelp.sherpadesk.com/), and a CX-JX team programmer will be assigned to assist you. Please give as many details as possible in the ticket, such as what you were trying to accomplish, which system you were in, what menus were used, what happened when you clicked on an option, and any errors that popped up.
### **New CX/JX Login Requests**
The most common request is for new employees or people with new job duties to request a login for CX, Feith, or Argos. The supervisor of the employee who needs the account must complete an [Administrative Software Login Request](https://forms.office.com/r/2bsravYDJW) and then submit a corresponding [help desk ticket](https://nnuhelp.sherpadesk.com/). Select the dropdown indicating the "Form has/will be submitted". Please complete the form and the ticket as fully as possible.
> ℹ️ When submitting a ticket for a new employee, use the Employee Onboarding queue. When submitting a ticket for an existing employee, use the Software (Access / Fix / Help) queue.
