By default, CARS Quickmate and CX10 don't always output reports to the user's preferred application. Below are instructions on how to change that depending on what version of CX they are using.

<summary>CARS Quickmate</summary>

Hover over the CARS icon in the menu bar of your window.  Click on the CARS QuickMate window that looks like this when you hover.  (Or right-click on the taskbar thumbnail.)

A new menu opens up:

Hover over **Settings** (not the Wizard) to reveal more options.  Select **Helpers**.

 On the next window select **Output Viewer** and enter this path on the program launch line.

**"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\WINWORD.EXE"  **(*This is the path for Office 2016, other versions may require a different path.)*

This is the specific path to launch Word to view report results through the MORE selection.

<summary>CX10</summary>

After a user installs CX10 they go to print a report (more) and the output is sent to an editor that they cannot format/copy or do anything with....  (They are used to CX output opening in MS Word or Excel)
