At times, it is convenient to take a screenshot (picture of your screen) to either send to us to explain your technology issue or to save a picture. NNU's Windows computers have a program called "Snipping Tool" that easily takes the picture and allows you to save, copy, or share the image.

1. Click the Print Screen key on your keyboard, or simultaneously click the Windows key + Shift + S.

2. Alternatively, from the Start menu  search Snipping Tool and open the program.
3. Select the drop-down arrow to choose your desired snipping mode.

You can **Save**, **Copy**, or **Email** the screenshot.

1. Start a new screenshot.
2. Save screenshot
3. Copy screenshot (paste in Word doc, email, etc.)
4. Email screenshot (open Outlook and attach the image to a new message)
