> 📝 **Extended through April 2026 - For simple PDF editing and e-signatures, employees may continue to request and use Nitro Pro. For e-signature workflows, users must request Acrobat Sign.**

NNU has licenses available to employees who create and edit PDFs for their work tasks on Windows computers.* Nitro Sign is included for simple e-signatures on vendor contracts, key requests, etc. Training is available through Nitro's** ****[Online Learning Center](https://cs.gonitro.com/nitro-productivity-suite/)**.

Licenses are limited, so requests must be submitted and approved by a supervisor and IT</span>. <span style="color: #172b4d">Be sure to include the following information in your ticket:</span>

- Employee ID
- Supervisor’s Name (supervisor approval is required)
- Computer name/serial number or Asset Tag number
