<span style="color: #1c1e21">The Information Technology Services (ITS) Technical Assistants (TAs) are the first point of contact for students, staff, and faculty seeking technology and video conferencing assistance. TAs are valuable ITS team members who serve NNU by providing technical support over the phone, via e-mail, and in person. TAs help maintain the operations of NNU’s computer resources and provide technical support in the classroom. ITS TAs will learn valuable skills such as customer service, computer troubleshooting and repair, and gain experience using enterprise-level software and technology.</span>
