## Problem

I have a new phone. How do I connect Duo Mobile to my NNU account?

## Solution

You will need your phone and a computer to complete the following steps:

> ℹ️ 1. Download Duo Mobile from your app store.
> ℹ️ 2. Call or visit IT Services (467-8111) and ask them for a one-time bypass code for Duo Mobile. It will be available to use for one hour.
> ℹ️ 3. Open the Duo Mobile app on your new phone. Go to Add Account. It will bring up a code scanner window to activate your phone, but you need a bypass code the first time. Click "use other method."
> ℹ️ 4. Back to your computer, go to my.nnu.edu. Press Login.
> ℹ️ 5. Use your NNU network login credentials to log in.
> ℹ️ 6. At the Duo screen, **Add a new device**
> ℹ️ 7. Select **Enter a passcode**
> ℹ️ 8. Walk through the provided steps to link your new phone to your account
