## Problem

HELP!  I forgot my cell phone and I can't log in!

You may use your phone for the following:

- Duo Mobile Push
- Phone Call
- Text Message

## Solution

If you have set up a second device (e.g. your work phone) to authenticate, have Duo call your desk phone.  

> ℹ️ If you previously selected "Remember this browser for 30 days" on your browser, you will need to delete your computer browser cookies. If that is not a current option, call (208.467.8111) or come by IT Services (located in the Learning Commons) to receive a bypass code.
