## Audio/Video Equipment Repair:

University Audio/Visual equipment that is not operating properly is serviced by Information Technology Services (ITS) personnel or taken to an appropriate facility if it is beyond our means to assist with the repair.  For damages that are the responsibility of a department or an individual, charges will amount to actual expenses incurred for the repair.

## Printer/Copier Repair:

If an on-campus copier or printer is not working correctly, please submit a [help ticket](https://nnuhelp.sherpadesk.com/).  Be sure to include the printer number (it should look like NNU###) on the sticker on the machine and the nature of the problem.
