NNU uses FortiGuard URL Filtering Service to protect its network. If you come across a website that is blocked but believed to be legitimate, follow these steps to request that Fortinet not block a URL.

### ​1. Click on please click here.

The FortiGuard page that reports a site as blocked contains a link to click on at the bottom of the message.

### 2. Click on Click Here

If the website is believed to be miscategorized, please submit it for re-evaluation.

### 3. Complete the required fields and Click on Submit

Enter your name and company ("Northwest Nazarene University"). Optional fields: Email (to receive update notifications), Screenshot, Reason, and Suggested Category. Lastly, complete the verification field and click Submit.

> ℹ️ Fortinet typically re-evaluates a URL within a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the frequency of its database updates and the specific URL category being checked; however, this can vary depending on factors like the URL's risk level and whether it is flagged as suspicious or malicious.
