There is an existing issue when printing PDFs from a web browser using Secure Print, causing only a quarter of the page to be printed. This article describes some workarounds to ensure the whole page is printed.

# Check for Browser Updates

In some situations, an out-of-date browser can cause the problem. Check your browser for updates and update it if there are any, then try printing again. Below are links to instructions describing how to do this:

- Google Chrome - [https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414](https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414)
- Microsoft Edge - [https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/microsoft-edge-update-settings-af8aaca2-1b69-4870-94fe-18822dbb7ef1](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/microsoft-edge-update-settings-af8aaca2-1b69-4870-94fe-18822dbb7ef1)

# Check DPI/Quality Setting

The most common reason is that the DPI (sometimes called quality) setting is too low. To fix this, when you send a job to the printer, select “More Settings” at the bottom. Then, ensure that the DPI/Quality is set to 600.

# Check the Scale Setting

Another setting to check is the print Scale. It should be set to “default” or “actual size.”
