When the password management site asks for your "Account Name", it is asking for your NNU Username.

Concurrent Credit Students do not have an NNU Portal (my.nnu.edu) or Canvas (nnu.instructure.com) account and therefore do not have an NNU Username or Password. If you are a Concurrent Credit Student and need information regarding your account, please email concurrent@nnu.edu or visit nnu.edu/concurrentcredit
