I have a new phone. How do I connect Duo Mobile to my NNU account?
You will need your phone and a computer to complete the following steps:
- Download Duo Mobile from your app store.
- Call or visit IT Services (467-8111) and ask them for a one-time bypass code for Duo Mobile. It will be available to use for one hour.
- Open the Duo Mobile app on your new phone. Go to Add Account. It will bring up a code scanner window to activate your phone, but you need a bypass code the first time. Click "use other method."
Back to your computer, go to my.nnu.edu. Press Login.
Use your NNU network login credentials to log in.
If you previously selected "Remember this browser for 30 days" on your browser when you were setting up your Duo Mobile app on a previous phone, you will need to delete your computer browser cookies. Here are some help documents on how to do that.
At the Duo screen, Add a new device
Select Enter a passcode
