HELP! I forgot my cell phone and I can't log in!
You may use your phone for the following:
If you have set up a second device (e.g. your work phone) to authenticate, have DUO call your desk phone.
If you previously selected "Remember this browser for 30 days" on your browser, you will need to delete your computer browser cookies. Here are some help documents on how to do that.
If that is not a current option, call or come by IT Services and receive a bypass code.
