I am not receiving DUO or Google Push notifications.
Sometimes Push notifications can be blocked by the system or various programs such as Anti-Virus.
- Sign into a DUO protected system such as my.nnu.edu.
- Select Send me a Push.
- Open the DUO app on your phone.
- A green banner should appear with the number of waiting requests. Click the green banner.
- Verify that the request is coming from website and location you are trying to access.
- Click Accept (or Deny if you are not logging in).
If a green banner does not appear in the DUO app after you clicked Send me a Push, swipe down to reload.
