If you are unable to run the Duo Mobile app for some reason, as in your device is too old or your device is restricted from downloading apps, then use text message (SMS) or phone call methods.
On a computer, go to my.nnu.edu in a web browser (Chrome or Firefox is recommended). Click the Login button.
When setting up Two Factor Authentication, we highly recommend that you select Automatically send this device a Duo Push.
Selecting Duo Push means you do not get charged for text messages and it lets you log in quicker!
Remember that if you are NOT logging in, you should not tap Approve when you receive a push notification. If you are in doubt, check the location details on the push screen.
